What TicketMan AI is: a self-hostable, general-purpose software-support platform.

What TicketMan AI is

TicketMan AI is a general-purpose, self-hostable software-support platform. It is built to do one thing exceptionally well: take a problem in software you run, and carry it all the way to a resolved, shipped fix, without your data ever leaving your infrastructure.

The platform is a suite of two parts that work as one system:

  • TicketMan2, the AI-native ticketing platform and agent workspace. SLAs, dynamic forms, omni-channel intake, a real-time "Mission Control" queue, and a first-class multi-provider LLM layer woven through the whole agent experience.
  • TicketMan Diagnostics, a drop-in SDK that reports crashes and errors from your applications straight into the platform for grouping, pre-categorization and AI root-cause analysis.

On top of the suite sits the Dev Server plan: connect your repositories to agentic coding models so that triaged issues can come back as reviewed pull requests your pipeline ships. See The self-healing loop.

Who it is for

  • Teams that support their own software and want crash reports, tickets and fixes in one place instead of three disconnected tools.
  • Privacy- and sovereignty-sensitive organizations that cannot send support data or source context to a third-party cloud.
  • Microsoft-centric IT and internal service desks already on Entra ID and Exchange Online.
  • Individuals and open-source maintainers, who run the whole platform free forever.

The principles

  • You own it. Self-hosted, on your database, your tenant, your keys. Point the AI at a local model and nothing leaves your network.
  • AI is the point, not a bolt-on. Intelligence runs through the platform from ingestion to resolution, and you bring the model.
  • A human is always in the loop by default. Every AI action is surfaced, and every automated gate can require approval.
  • No per-seat tax. Growing the team never grows the bill.
